Shipping

  • Most orders placed before 9 a.m. EST will ship within Two business days.

  • We provide limited options for your specific location to ensure the best price for delivery.

  • You will receive a tracking number for your shipment as soon as your order is packed. It may take a few hours for tracking to become available.

    Orders shipped via UPS will have tracking available as soon as the order is picked up by the carrier.

    Free Shipping via USPS only tracks the pick up and the delivery of the package.



Returns

  • Our team inspects and ensure the perfection of each piece before dispatching it to our customers, however if you would like to return an item send an email to info@elegatto.com with your order number, email and reason of your return within 5 days from receiving your order.

  • In case of Defective product Please contact our customer service team within 5 days after receiving your order at info@elegatto.com and indicate precisely the identified defect(s), preferably accompanied by pictures.

    Please note that any items already worn will not be refunded.
